I met Janice in Belize on a snorkel/scuba diving tour. Since 2006, Janice has been volunteering with the Peace Corps Youth Development project in Honduras…a dirt road, farm-animal- grazing, sustenance-farming village of Honduras, to be exact. With limited running water, yet very fluid interpretations of time, Azacualpa is a rural village with about 1800 residents near the northwestern border of Honduras. Whether in truth or jest, Janice says, it's "the New York City of this area."
